How to: Winterize your bike

Note: If you want to run your bike to keep it lubed and keep fluids coating the engine tranny etc. MAKE SURE ITS ABOVE FREEZING! I ran my bike when it was well below freezing when the heater was off (storage area was below freezing) and I had coolant leaking and smoke come out…. if you are in heated garge for storage than its not a problem but if you store bike outside or exposed to cold do not run it or risk potential problems. steps I used to winterize your bike. All of the things I did and details on how to below if you dont want to replay through video. Equipment you’ll need to winterize (minimum) -Fuel Stabilizer for vehicle storage (any brand will do just read on the back for how long they last for) -New oil (what ever kind you want to use) -Trickle battery charger (ONLY if you want to, it is not necissary) -MC cover or cotton bed sheet Steps to winterize (minimum) -Fill your tank almost full (leaving room for the fuel stabalizer) -Do an oil change and if its been a while replace oil filter as well -Add fuel stabilizer to gas (do the math and add proper amount) -Close tank and shake bike around to mix it better -Run bike for recommended time period so the gas reaches all of your engine and mixes well (you can run it longer if you want, I ran bike for 10 min instead of 5) -Take out battery and place indoors (not near any hot surfaces or areas) -If wanted you can put the battery on a trickle charger, although you can just leave it and fully charge in the spring when

Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real – w/ 61 North

Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real – w/ 61 North
Event on 2012-05-19 20:00:00
Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real Lukas Nelson, who last appeared in the area opening for an amazed BB King at Longwood, finally comes to Delaware with his new album and a major tour underway. Opening for Lukas – 61 North – <a href="http://www.61northband.com/title="61 North on Web"></a> 61 North is an electrifying blues-rock band whose high-energy performances have established them as one of the Northeast's best live concert and festival attractions. Their swampy, guitar-heavy sound has drawn comparisons to Gov't Mule; their freewheeling, Southern-rock vibe to the Allman Brothers Band; and their charismatic funk-pop to the Black Crowes. Now, having captured that live energy on their new record Back Down To The Woods, 61 North is set for a national breakthrough in 2012. More on Lukas Nelson Lukas Nelson, vocals/guitar Anthony LoGerfo, drums Tato Melgar, percussion Corey McCormick, bass For Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, 2011 was a year packed with over 200 high-energy, spirited performances, including such mega-musical events as Farm Aid, Bridge School Benefit, Stagecoach, and Country Throwdown, the chance to spread their unique brand of gritty rock and roll to millions of people via the greatest of the late night shows, Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and the adoption of the name Realers by their growing base of supporters. But 2011 was also the year, through blood, sweat and trying times, that Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real – which also includes drummer Anthony LoGerfo, percussionist Tato Melgar and bassist Corey McCormick – made good on that promise to keep it real, and to make their way out of the shadow of a famous father and into the hearts and souls of music fans nationwide the way that they wanted to on their own downhome rock and roll merits. During the summer of 2011 Nelson, 22 years old at the time, found himself in the most intense writing jag of his early career. His journey spanned three soul-searching summer months during an intense 15-week tour. The result, the band's second full-length album, Wasted.

Elephant Potato talks and rants about the High Gas Prices

Every day the oil companies make millions of dollars on every gallon of fuel that we, as the consumer, pay at the pumps. The higher the gas prices go, the more we have to pay for groceries, for our clothes, for near about anything that has to be transported to and from a location. The oil companies do not care one way or the other, on rather we have the funds to give them, the way they see it, you either pay for it, or you do not drive your children to school, to the doctor, on dates, or any thing else that depends on fuel. Put a stop to the insanity, and lets band together and bring down these high fuel prices. Thank You Wayne Barron

MIAMI (PRWEB) May 18, 2012

There are many books on prayer however, this one can dramatically transform the way you think about prayer, illustrate new ways to infuse prayer into every facet of your life, and absolutely improve the quality of your prayer experience.

In 50 short, powerful chapters, Manuel, gives step-by-step instructions on specific prayers, including how readers can conduct their houses, businesses and pet blessings; enhance their prayer power when using incense, candles and precious stones; increase prayer energy with fasting, spiritual bathing, prayer walks; and much more.

The subtitle of the book says it all: 50 Powerful Prayer Practices to Help You Create the Life You Desire. Manuel explains, The practical application of these methods when implemented will position the reader for answers to prayers and blessings in every area of life. No matter if you already have an active prayer life or just getting started, these principles have worked for thousands of years and they continue to work today.

Smart Ways to Save Energy

IntelliCon®-LCH is a microprocessor-controlled, fuel-saving device for light-commercial hot-water (hydronic) heating systems. IntelliCon-LCH reduces fuel consumption, wear on parts, flue emissions and electrical usage, when installed on any new or existing gas or oil burner. IntelliCon-LCH saves energy by adjusting the burner run pattern to match the system’s “heat load”. Its action is similar to the industry-accepted method of “outdoor-air temperature reset control,” but does not require an outdoor-air temperature sensor or the need to profile the building in order to adjust the “reset” controller properly. IntelliCon-LCH determines the “heat load” by using an easily installed strap-on temperature sensor that monitors the boiler’s out-flow water temperature and the rate that this temperature is changing.
